What needed to become clear.

Personalization can turn the first interaction into a sequence of configuration steps. The product needed enough context to generate a useful quiz without making the beginning feel heavy.

APPROACH

The experience starts with one decision at a time. The system can be complex underneath, but the learner should immediately understand what to do next.
